Week 101 8-28-17 San Martin de los Andes

Hey....well i guess this is the last one!

This week we were able to have a huge miracle. Tuesday it was raining/snowing a ton. I prayed that we could not be outside a lot. We entered a ton of houses. Almost every house that we went to , Let us in and most of them were new investigatores. Super awesome and helped my testimony grow more. We had a hard week with finding our investigators but Valeria put the goal to quit smoking by the 9th of September!! The divorce still hasnt finished....but she keeps on progressing.

We did exchanges and i went with Elder Puig from Argentina. It was really good. We had a good day and at the end we made Torta Fritas!! Which are soo good haha

Well i love you guys!! See you all soon

Week 100 8-21-17 San Martin de los Andes

So we have been working really hard. We were able to be instruments in the hands of the Lord this week. The mom ( Angelica) of a recent convert has been coming to church but thinks that her baptism in another church counts. This week she separated from her husband( but they weren't married) and we were able to teach her. We had a great lesson with Brian Verdujo and she accepted a fecha for the 2 of September. It was an awesome lesson...Man the spirit was soo super! Then the other day we were working and we wont having any success. We stopped to help her a couple carry in firewood. They invited us in after and we had a sweet lesson. They are called Raul and Cristina. Cristina then told us that she wants us to teach her kids!! We were like OKAY!!! It was awesome. We are going to teach them this week hopefully or the next weekend.

Valeria came to church this week and on Tuesday, Cristian is going to go see the lawyer so fingers crossed that the divorce has been finished!!

Well i love you all!!!

Week 99 8-14-17 San Martin de los Andes

This week was pretty normal!!

We had interviews with President which went well. We got a referral from a member this week and we were able to teach them. They are super awesome investigators and i think that they are going to progress really quick. We have been able to find new investigators everyday which had been awesome. We have been contacting in a Mapuche Community. Mapuches are the native indians here. We have found a couple of people but most of them are true to there culture. We had to cross a cool little bridge to get there and climb up the whole mountain hahaha

We are still working with Valeria but little by little she is progressing. We had to drop some investigators this week so we are hoping that are new investigators can progress to baptism. Well i love you guys!!

Week 98 8-7-17 San Martin de los Andes

This week i got to see Presidente a ton. We went to Neuquen and had a super good and long training with Presidente and all the leaders of the of the mission. I got to see Elder Shumway. He is a capo!! They talked a lot about the obedience and the importance of it. If we want blessings from the Lord we have to be obedient to every commandment that he gives us.

We had a little days to work but we were able to find a lot of new people. Everyday was a hard day and we didn't have much success until the last hour. It was hard but i have learned that id we are diligente. The lord will always bless us. We are working with our investigators but i think that we are going to have to drop some of them. Valeria is doing great. She has started to do all of the extra studies that are in the back of the pamphlets and in those days. She quit smoking for 2 days but she started again....... its super hard because i want to help her but she has to do it herself.

Last Pday we went to a Look Out and we took Mate cocido and sandwichs! It was super dope. I felt super Argentino. It was super pretty!! I love it here in San Martin.

Well thanks for everything!!

Also when we were in Neuquen. The shower was broken so we had a hose outside and we took showers outside. It was freezing....hahaha Another day in Argentina!!!
